Firwood & District
Residents Association
Welcome to the web site of the Firwood & District Residents Association. The association was formed in September 2008 with the aim of promoting and representing the interests of the area and its residents.
Membership of the association is open to everyone resident within the area. We intend to provide recreation, social and education facilities for the benefit of all in our community, and in doing so, work with the local authority and other agencies on a strictly non-political basis.
Activity Evenings
Classes have recommenced at Mills Hill School from Tuesday 19th January. There will be craft classes, drama classes and holistic fusion sessions. There will be a Street Dance class starting February 2nd, 6.30-7.15pm followed by Dance Aerobics starting at 7.30 until 8.15pm. Regrettably the football will not restart until spring when lighter nights will enable us to use the playing field again. We would love to see more adults joining in these classes, so if you are interested please come along .

A Christmas Surprise
We hope that those residents who received the Christmas cakes enjoyed them. Due to the weather conditions it did take time to deliver them but it was a great pleasure to meet so many senior residents. We are sorry if you were missed, to ensure being on the delivery list please send your details to FADRA.
