Activity Evenings
Classes will begin again on Tuesday 19th January at Mills Hill School. There will be various classes available each Tuesday between 6.30 and 9.00pm. Details of classes are set out below.
Craft classes are from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at a cost £1 per session.
Drama classes are from 7.30pm to 9.00pm at a cost of £1 per session.
Holistc Fusion classes are from 8.15pm to 9.00pm at a cost of £2 per session. Holistic fusion, with Paul as instructor, is a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Stretch. Suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes. Come along and get fit, stay supple, learn to stretch, relax and de-stress. Wear comfortable clothing. Some mats will be provided but if you have your own please bring it along.
There will be a Street Dance class starting February 2nd, from 6.30 until 7.15pm at £1 per session and Dance Aerobics from 7.30pm until 8.15pm at £2 per session.
Dance Areobics and Holistic Fusion can be booked together at a reduced cost of £3 for both classes.
Unfortunately the sports sessions, football etc, will not be available until the spring when the lighter nights will enable us to use the playing field again.
We would love to see more adults joining in these classes, so if you are interested please come along and give it a try, you never know you might like it!
Finally we would ask that young children (i.e. age 7 and below) are accompanied by an adult when engaging in the activities.

2010 Big Lunch
In keeping with the growing community spirit we would like to once again join in the National Big Lunch Event which will take place this year on Sunday 18th July 2010. Although the weather was appalling last year many of those taking part had a great time and found a new sense of community in their area. So lets hope that more streets will take part this year.
